Class Offerings
Nature's Intention fitness classes will help you get fit and feel your best. Classes are taught by Trish Marfione, who is a certified Fitness Professional with over 30 years of teaching experience. The class lineup includes a mix of online classes via Zoom and on demand as well as in person private Pilates sessions.

Muscle Conditioning
This class features an innovative approach to conditioning the major muscle groups using weights, bars, and bands. A moderately paced workout with little resting — challenging, fun, and delivered with a delightful energy. A perfect blend of cardio and strength at the level that fits you. You will finish feeling strong and energized.

Based on the Stott/Merrithew method, mat movements and exercises created and developed by Joseph Pilates. This class maximizes and balances your body's movement, strength, coordination, stamina, balance, and posture. You will need a mat. You will leave each class feeling so much better than when you started.

A 55-minute Pilates class using props such as a Pilates ring, foam roller, and stability ball. This class brings greater awareness of the body's periphery and balance while maintaining mindfulness of movement quality. You'll stretch, tone, and challenge your body in a fun and efficient workout. As a bonus, props always make for a great workout!

After you register, email Trish Marfione at NaturesIntention@Verizon.net to receive your On-Demand class link. A link to the class will be emailed following the conclusion of that day's class.

Reformer Training
Nature's Intention offers private one-on-one Pilates reformer sessions to help you become the strongest version of yourself. Sessions are done in a private Pilates environment, offering support and encouragement throughout your journey. Each session is tailored to your abilities and goals. You will develop strength, flexibility, mobility, and resilience — moving and feeling your best in everyday life. Pilates is for everyone!
