About Trish

Trish Marfione is the founder and owner of Nature's Intention. She has a passion for fitness and nutrition and combined both of those passions to found Nature's Intention. She has made it her mission to help people achieve good health and vitality through fitness and balanced nutrition.

Fitness

Trish has been blessed with the love of movement since she was a little girl — from tightrope walking on top of the fence in her backyard to hanging upside down from the swing set. Her Dad signed the family up at the local YMCA where she found lots of fun activities, especially gymnastics, which she competed in through college. She then ventured into the world of adult fitness where she has found a home for over 30 years. Trish is a certified fitness professional who specializes in cardio, strength, balance and flexibility.

Nutrition

Trish has also been blessed with lots of energy and wanted to keep it that way. When her sister passed away from pancreatic cancer at 33, Trish was inspired to live a healthy lifestyle and was committed to keeping her family healthy. She was introduced to Shaklee and it proved to be one of the best things to happen. Shaklee products play a huge part in the commitment to living healthy — the quality reaches far beyond industry standards.
